NIA – an acronym for "Neuromuscular Integrative Action" is a pioneer discipline in the field of  “Body Mind Fitness” 

More accurately, this is a fitness technique aimed at the well-being of both the body and the mind. NIA is founded on the principle of pleasure. Participants are encouraged to experiment with the joy of movement, developing the spontaneous, creative potential of their bodies.

NIA is based on scientific principles, taking a systemic, multi-faceted approach to the body as a whole. It uses carefully studied and widely tested muscular movements which lead to some quite remarkable results, such as

  • Reinforcing the muscles, increasing their tone and definition
  • Improving cardiac and respiratory function
  • Improving blood and lymph circulation and strengthening the immune system
