A training session with a personal trainer usually lasts about one hour. The first session is normally used to compile the client’s case history, in other words, to collect together all the relevant data. This includes the client’s personal details, an evaluation of the state of health of the various organs and parts of his body, the client’s past sporting experience, his present objectives, the proposed frequency of his training sessions, and so on. Nowadays, the services of a personal trainer cost about 90% of what you would expect to pay in an American gym. The cost has gone down quite a lot and indeed can be cut further if you choose to do your personal training in a group with other people. |
