• Imagine that you are in the mountains with a group of friends and your guide. You have to climb a steep path in order to reach the summit.

You can achieve your goal thanks to your trainer, who will accompany you, teaching the right techniques and the correct approach, and imbuing you with a sense of motivation. You can do all this quite easily in a fitness centre together with your personal trainer

It is called Walk Zone, and it is a system of indoor training which you do by walking on a moving belt which is fixed at a slight incline, thus simulating a real mountain walk. It is very good exercise, and good fun, but above all it is within everyone’s capabilities and allows one to burn off a lot of calories without even noticing.

In addition, the strength of the Walk Zone method is that it allows the user of the fitness centre to accustom himself to taking exercise while being fully aware of his feelings and taking his capacity into account. In this way it seeks to establish a harmonious relationship between mind and body with the aim of improving the general psycho-physical condition of the individual.
