You can achieve your goal thanks to your trainer, who will accompany you, teaching the right techniques and the correct approach, and imbuing you with a sense of motivation. You can do all this quite easily in a fitness centre together with your personal trainer It is called Walk Zone, and it is a system of indoor training which you do by walking on a moving belt which is fixed at a slight incline, thus simulating a real mountain walk. It is very good exercise, and good fun, but above all it is within everyone’s capabilities and allows one to burn off a lot of calories without even noticing. |
