régime adn remise en formeThe novelty about diet comes directly from genetics: DNA diet arrives in Italy from the States, an innovative way ready to become the most effective to find out what you need to lose weight.
The idea was developed by a team of researchers from Stanford University in California and comes from the awareness that there is no standard diet fits all.
Starting from this consideration, a test has been developed that examines the DNA and is able to analyze in detail the genes involved in our metabolism and in assimilation of fats and sugars.

This allows you to identify, thanks to DNA, the specific features of each person and the predisposition of metabolism to respond positively to a type of diet more than others.
According to one estimate, in fact, 39% of people have genetic characteristics for which we recommend a diet low fat, 45% have features that respond well to diets low in carbohydrates, while16% chance of losing weight is linked to diets low in fat and sugar.
Preliminary results based on a test conducted on a sample of 140 women shows that choosing a diet genetically compatible allows to lose weight two or three times more than a traditional diet.
All that remains is to listen to the advice of DNA to discover useful tips and tricks to take care of our body through food.
